My name is Aaron Koker (DJ AKO).   I am your wedding entertainment director at Willows Bend for your special day.  I consider it my personal responsibility to keep your event organized to create an evening all guests will talk about for years to come as I do much more than just play good music.

I emcee it all from introductions, releasing tables for food, first dances & toasts. I keep close communication wit your vendors and take care of all the detail so you dont have to think about it.

I interact with your guests and strive to make your wedding memorable and fun keeping all the events moving and guests entertained.

Your guests will experience a wedding different from what they have attended in the past enjoying the evening with games and picture moments you will have to look back on for all your years together.

I keep everyone dancing with my custom mixes give you personalized music along the real time request during the dance. With over 25 years of audio/video system design and playing music you can expect my sound and lights will create a BIG impact to you day!

You will receive an already made template of your day layout which from there you can customize all the music you would like to use and plan out the events of the big day with easy acccess on the go.  

 All of details of your big day can be planned with the app on your phone or you will have a access to your event on a computer as well.  Planning has never been easier and i'm here to help all along the way! 

Have you ever been to a wedding where it was hard to hear the officiant?  As part of your package you have access to the professionally designed sound system we installed in the Ceremony area.  The speakers blend right in without seeing any wires or sound man in your pictures as we run your microphones and music from the back.

JP, our sound engineer is a dedicated sound man for your ceremony that we provide to make sure the music & microphones are mixed appropriately.  He will start playing music 30 minutes before your guests arrive, mic your officiant and make sure your ceremony sound runs smooth.

Also this package includes coordinated songs for guest arrival, seating of mothers, entrances & exits, etc with microphones for officiant & wireles mic for vows.  The sound is clean & easy to hear from every seat. 

I am proud to partner with Jim & Michele at Willows Bend to have a top end Audio/Video/Lighting system permanently installed to offer you!  The sound system is specifically tuned & tailored for the venue.  The dance lighting covers the whole dance floor witout blinding you from the DJ booth.  All of the fixures disapear & blend in with the venue.  The sound, the lighting & experience is far beyond what I (or any other DJ) could offer you as a mobile DJ. There are over 28 professionally installed up-lights that transform the look & feel of the venue.  Any color of light can be chosen controlled by me during the evening.  When the veue main lights are dimmed down for the dance, these lights really set the mood of the night. 

A one of a kind experience with a vintage style interactive mirror and DSLR camera that gives a profesionally designed multi digital photo experience.  

Every guest gets a multiple fun photo shoot and then the mirror TEXTS the pictures with a custom message from the bride and groom to each guests cell phone.    Its a great way for your guests to share on social media your wedding and is a really fun addition to your event!

After the wedding you will receive a usb stick with your pictures OR cloud link later via email to download all the pictures of the evening.   

The Sugar Pop Photo Booth is our newest addition to Willows Bend.   It allows guests of any age to take pictures, videos, boomerangs, and gifs displaying them immediately and creating an on-line gallery of your event.

Edited video and transitions with up to 80 pictures of any engagment/dating pics.  Video will play on the big screen and DJ booth screen during the cocktail and dinner time.   I edit a video on a loop and take care of the details

Dance on the clouds

Using low-lying fog I create a cloud for a special slow dance letting you fully embrace your very own fairytale by dancing in the clouds.  I coordinate with your photographer for this one-of-a-kind photo opportunity.

HD Ceremony Recording

We give you a recording of your ceremony in high resolution video and audio.  The sound from your officiant speaking, music and vows are all recording from the sound board giving you a great memory to keep.   The video is uploaded to you the following week of your wedding so you can share with family and friends.
